Beijing Flavor is a digital installation that introduces pea cake, Douzhir, cooked tripe and seasonedmillet mush, four kinds of Beijing snacks represented by sprouting in spring, thriving in summer, harvesting in autumnand storing in winter in 24 solar terms. The information is displayed from sound, color, taste, effect, art and mirror. At the same time, Beijing Flavor chooses interactive image method, so that the audiences can participate by active access to information.
